Services

Specialising in Marine Photography and working mainly in the Solent, from my own boat, I am able to provide a number of services to a wide range of commercial or corporate clients as well as clubs, class associations or individual clients.

Commercial

Each project is assessed individually but, as a guideline, charges are in the order of:

• Half day (Up to 5 hrs): £150
• Full Day: £250
• Expenses: (Boat Fuel, Travelling, Subsistence, etc. as applicable) At cost

The client will have full & exclusive copyright usage of the images.

Commercial rights to individual images are charged at £50 per image, with reductions for multiple licences.

Corporate Regattas or Sailing Days

Each event is tailored to meet the clients specific requirements but the general format is:

• Meet the client at the yacht(s) before the guests arrive
• Take team photographs of the Hosts & Guests at the Safety Briefing
• Arrange for Presentation Photographs to be available for the yacht(s) return to port
• Join the yacht(s) and record the sailing / racing activities
• Return to shore with the clients and photograph the prize giving or apres-sail
• If the facilities are available at the shore base then it may be possible to entertain the hosts & guests with a slideshow of the days activities during the prize giving
• The client will then receive a CD / DVD with a selection of the images from the day.
• The client will have full & exclusive copyright usage of the images

The all-inclusive charge is normally in the region of £550 per day.

Clubs & Class Associations

Most regattas and championships have differing requirements and therefore the cost of attending varies from event to event. As an experienced photojournalist I can also offer a reporting service in addition to providing extensive photographic coverage. The cost of having me attend your regatta can be as low as £60 per day, plus expenses, primarily fuel.

Individual Assignments

Clients wishing to commission me to take photographs outside of an event that I am covering should contact me to discuss their actual requirements. As a guideline I charge £125 to rendezvous with them and do the photo shoot. The client then receives a CD / DVD of high-resolution images of the photo shoot. The client has unrestricted private use of the images.

How to order...

There are three ways to order prints or digital images:

1. By the shopping basket, which is self-explanatory
